Dinner: Leftover salmon + frittata

BAKE FROZEN Sausage rolls + salad + ketchup (for tomorrow lunch)

Thursday

Lunch:  Sausage rolls + salad 

Dinner: Chicken stirfry w tofu and mixed veg and egg drop sauce

Chicken Waldorf sandwich-  make mix ready for dinner and tomorrow lunch- raisins, apple, yogurt, mayo etc)

Friday 

Lunch: Chicken waldorf sandwich  (DEFROST CHICKEN SOUP FOR TONIGHT) 

Dinner: Wonton noodles

Saturday

Lunch: LZ niu rou/curry puff

Dinner: Steak and potato gratin and salad
