  Mon (defrost chicken somethings)

Lunch: Char Siu House

Dinner: CKT

Tues  (defrost pork for dinner? and more chicken for tmr. If finish chicken d, defrost a few prawns to add to dinner), make cookies 

Lunch: Bibimbap - cook ingredients ahead of time. Marinade chicken straight in morning and cook spinach, carrots and onions. Fry egg at the end. Thin strips of chicken, thin mushrooms (soak and fry?), leave more chicken for dinner to cook w tofu. Serve w sesame seeds and seaweed + gochuj

Wed (defrost pork for dinner)

Lunch: Bibimbap

Dinner: Kulou yuk/pork noodle soup?/pork stirfry

Thurs  (defrost chicken)

Lunch: Fancy egg sandwiches? (w salad, diced carrots, mayo, cucumbers, cheese) 

Dinner:  Garlic chicken and salad

Fri 

Lunch: Tuna corn sandwiches? w salad

Dinner:  Tom yam fried rice

Sat

Lunch: Papa Ginos

Dinner: Pork and noodles

Sun 

Lunch: Papa Ginos and leftover tomyam fried rice

Dinner:  Salmon miso soup and noodles


Kimchi fried rice and sriracha and fried egg

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
