Dinner: Balsamic vinegar chicken + rice + soup

Wed  (defrost chicken breast for tmr)

Lunch: Chicken breast w black bean wraps?

Dinner:  Potato + minced pork w rice?

Thurs 

Lunch: Chicken breast something

Dinner: Steamed barramundi + rice + omelette

Fri  (defrost salmon for tmr)

Lunch: Korean noodles and o'chien

Dinner:  Chicken thigh something w mushrooms

Sat

Lunch: Ah Hooi

Dinner:  Chicken breast something?

Sun

Lunch: Fancy egg sandwiches? Tuna sandwiches?

Dinner: 


Steamed chicken w dates- make for L too don't add salt

Kimchi fried rice and sriracha and fried egg

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
