Dinner: Baby octopus and leftover chicken and mushrooms w rice

Wed  (defrost chicken breast for tmr)

Lunch: Panini 

Dinner:  Steamed egg and minced pork w rice + smothered tofu

Thurs 

Lunch: Pork steak + potato + salad

Dinner: Fried rice + barramundi

Fri  (defrost salmon for tmr)

Lunch: Chicken breast wraps?

Dinner:  Stuffed pepper with tuna and corn +mashed potato and salad

Sat

Lunch: Tacos

Dinner:   Minced pork something

Sun

Lunch: 

Dinner: Salmon something + mushroom soup


Steamed chicken w dates- make for L too don't add salt

Kimchi fried rice and sriracha and fried egg

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
