Wed  (defrost more chicken thighs for Wed dinner and curry chicken on Thurs)

Lunch: Wraps w black beans (see recipe book) 

Dinner: Chicken thighs orange chicken steamed with red dates 

Thurs 

Lunch: Beef burgers

Dinner: Chicken breast something porridge and takeaway Yong tau foo

Fri  (defrost barramundi & chicken breast)

Lunch: Korean noodle + leftover burgers

Dinner:  Teriyaki chicken and tofu (Aaron & C see above?)  

Sat

Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Balsamic thighs n salt n pep squid!

Sun

Lunch: Wantan mee + minced pork balls + melon soup

Dinner: Salmon soup + rice


Steamed chicken w dates- make for L too don't add salt

Kimchi fried rice and sriracha and fried egg

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
