Dinner: Leftover salmon balls + prawn fritters with stir fry mooli

Tues (defrost chicken thighs for dinner tmr)

Lunch: Macelleria

Dinner: Zucchini and minced pork + rice + egg

Dinner: Squid+ omelette and rice

Thurs (defrost chicken thighs for tnight)

Lunch: Stuffed pepper with tuna and corn +mashed potato and salad

Dinner: Chicken thigh something + rice + soup

Fri  (defrost salmon for tmr)

Lunch:   Vege pancakes

Dinner:  Squid something

Sat

Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: Stir fry spicy pork + rice 

Sun

Lunch: Pajeon

Dinner: Chicken and mushroom oriental style + rice


Steamed chicken w dates- make for L too don't add salt

Kimchi fried rice and sriracha and fried egg

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
