Lunch:  Hargow + ramen + chicken soup + cos lett (marinade chicken thighs Karaage style for dinner), marinade the rest in balsamic vinegar marinade , make potato salad w eggs, squash, pickles and more!! 

Dinner: Chicken Karaage + soba + cucumber

Wed  (defrost cod)- can make a piece for L

Dinner: Potato salad + cos lett Chicken balsamic thighs (make Cheese and cucumber sandwich for callum)

Thurs (defrost salmon for 3 use abit for Liam)

Lunch: Bihun soup + pork + runner bean egg
