March Week 1
Sunday Cook rice for dinner (multigrain)
Lunch: Pizza
Dinner: Honey Turmeric chicken + rice (leftover for C lunch)
- 4 chicken thighs, deboned but skin-on (12 oz/340g chicken)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce or soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Add the garlic, honey, oyster sauce, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper and salt to the chicken, stir to combine well.
- Heat up a skillet (cast-iron preferred) on medium heat and add the oil. Transfer the chicken to the skillet and cook on both sides, until they turn golden brown, crispy on the bottom and nicely glazed and browned on the skin side. Dish out and serve immediately.
Monday

Dinner: Fried rice w chicken breast (leftover for C lunch) use up leftovers (celery etc)
Tuesday defrost chicken drumsticks
Lunch: Dakdoritang and rice/noodles (just for Y & D)
Chicken drumsticks, 1 roughly chopped onions, 1/4 cup gochujang, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup gochugaru, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup minced garlic, 2 cups water. Mix all up. Boil medium high 20 mins. Dice 1-2 potatoes and zucchini. Add potatoes. Mix. Another 20 mins. Check potatoes. Make rice.
Dinner: Tacos
Wednesday
Lunch: Leftover DDT and tacos
Dinner: Diet Kimbap: Ingredients (for 2 people)
-1 chicken breast (steamed w some cooking wine) -4 eggs (2 pinches of salt) -1 cucumber -Paprika (yellow, red) - carrot -Cheese 2 -Crab meat 3 -Dried seaweed 2 ✤ Yogurt sauce (rice spoon and chicken) -85g plain yogurt -Lemon juice 1 -Honey 1 (optional)Thursday (Kimbap for C)
Lunch: Something w turkey mince
Dinner: Jap chicken katsu curry
Friday (Make tuna for C and us)

Mayo +greek yogurt, add some mustard, salt and lemon juice. Add chopped pickles.
Lettuce. Add a slice of cheese. Smoked cheese? Cucumber slices. Pickles slices. Tuna mix. Avo slices. Bread.
Dinner: Leftover chickens + cauliflower fried rice
Saturday
Lunch: Leftover cauli rice & tuna
Dinner: Fried pork n prawn dumplings + soup + tofu and rice/noodles
