February Week 1

Sunday (freeze minced beef and chicken thighs)

Lunch: Church picnic

Dinner: Steamed baos (try Aldi one too) and prawn dimsum 

Monday (defrost rye bread & marinade drumsticks- make cuts so the marinade goes in)

Lunch: Airfryer honey mustard salmon + salad + garlic bread 

Dinner: Airfry drumsticks, salad and freezer leftover sweet potato balls + salad 


Tuesday 

Lunch:  Gai Wong

Dinner: Frittata (2 servings) + garlic b and mushroom soup?

Ingredients: egg(5), milk, onion(1/4), cherry tomato, bacon, spinach, salt, black pepper, unsalted butter, grated cheese

  1. Chop some onion into small pieces.
  2. Cut 1 or 2 strips of bacon into small pieces.
  3. Take out a nonstick pan that works in an oven. Put some oil in the pan.
  4. Add the chopped onions & bacon and mix it. Cook at 180℃/356℉ for 5 minutes.
  5. (While working on step 4) Crack 5 eggs into a mixing bowl. Add 2/3 cup of milk and a little bit of salt and pepper.
  6. In the air fryer, put 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and mix everything. Once the butter is completely melted, pour the egg mixture and add 1/3 cup of grated cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. Cook at 150℃/ 302℉ for 20 minutes
  7. Place it on a serving plate nicely. Enjoy~!

Wednesday (defrost chicken breast)

Lunch: Baos w pulled pork

Dinner:  Grilled

Thursday 

Lunch: Rice paper rolls (use peppers n chicken breast)

Dinner: Canto smothered tofu + leftover chicken drumsticks

Friday (defrost beef mince)

Lunch: Rice Paper rolls (use peppers and chicken breast)

Dinner: Beef pancakes w tofu and veg (use less than half minced beef- add mushrooms, etc) 

Saturday 

Lunch: Kimchi chiggae (1 meal portion w leftover tofu & salmon & tuna) + rice & leftover frittata

Dinner: Spag w leftover mince and broccoli
