Berry cupcake

 3 eggs

2 cups almond flour

1 tsp baking p

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup oil

Zest of orange

Mix all wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. 

Bake 40 mins at 176C.

Mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, maple syrup and vanilla. (icing) top w berries

  • 8 ounces (225 grams) mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a dash of salt
