Berry cupcake
3 eggs
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking p
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup oil
Zest of orange
Mix all wet ingredients then add dry ingredients.
Bake 40 mins at 176C.
Mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, maple syrup and vanilla. (icing) top w berries
- 8 ounces (225 grams) mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup (80ml) whipping cream or heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a dash of salt
