Lunch: Chicken breast and leftover fries

Monday

Ingredients (HALF IT)

for 8 pork chops

  • 16 oz cream cheese(455 g), softened
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup fresh chives(10 g), chopped
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese(100 g)
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups flour(250 g)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs(100 g)
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pepper, garlic powder, chives, provolone, and bacon, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Set aside.
  3. Season all sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Carefully cut a pocket through the side of the pork chop in order to create a cavity. Stuff the cavity with a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and press around the edges of the pork to seal it in. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
  5. Dip the stuffed pork chops in the flour, shaking off excess, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
  6. Spray oil on both sides. Air fry for 15-20 mins.
  7. Alternatively, deep fry 1-2 mins and Remove from the heat and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.

Wednesday

- Ingredients : 4 White bread, 3 Egg, 2 Cheddar slice cheese, 2 Sliced ham, 4 Cabbage, 1/4 Carrot, 1/3 Onion, 2 Spring onion, 1tbsp Butter, 2tbsp Ketchup, 1tbsp Apple/kiwi jam, 1tsp Sugar, Salt and pepper

Korean Englishm recipe: 1 Kiwi mashed, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp honey, pinch of salt (mix up) = secret sauce

Shred loads of cabbage

Gherkins, sliced thinly

Egg, corn, salt & pepper

Bread, kiwi, cheese, egg & corn, pickled gherkins sliced, boatload of cabbage, bread

1. Slice cabbage thinly, soak in cold water, and remove moisture from the cabbage. 2. Dice the carrots and onions and chop the green onions. 3. Put three eggs, salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly with carrots, onions, green onions, green onions, and cabbage. 4. Melt the butter in a pan and toast the bread evenly on both sides. 5. Melt the butter in a pan once again and cook the egg evenly on both sides until they are about the size of the bread, and slightly cook the sliced ham. 6. Spread apple jam on the bread and place the egg, cheddar cheese, and ham slices, and ketchup on top. Then top off the sandwich with another slice of bread. 

7. Cut it in half and enjoy!

Chicken wings coat well in potato starch. Add to air fryer (pre seasoned w coconut oil), 10 mins, then shake up, in 5 min increments shake again until 20-25 mins. Depending on chicken wings. Nice and golden. Then toss in sauce below and serve.

For honey butter sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Pumpkin seeds/pepitas
  • Heat up a large skillet for a couple of minutes. Add butter and garlic and stir it up until the garlic turns fragrant and a little crispy. Add soy sauce, sugar and stir until well melted. Add honey and stir.
  • Keep stirring until it bubbles vigorously
  • Add the chicken and the pumpkin seeds (if used).  Mix and stir well to coat evenly.
  • Serve right away or let cool to serve later

Lunch: Isaacs toast attempt 

Dinner: Prawn fried rice w oyster sauce and soup 


Friday

Lunch: Falafel wrap w tzatziki

200g soaked chickpeas overnight then boiled for 30mins

1 stalk spring onion

1/8 cup parsley (half of qtr)

1/8 cup cilantro

1 heaped tsp minced garlic

Salt, pepper

Cumin 1tsp

Coriander 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

bking soda pinch

flour 1tbsp

(grind all in blender). Add flour if too moist. Form balls. Deep fry. Drain. (I brushed w oil and baked in 200C oven -20 mins yuck)

Eat w salad or homemade tzatziki


Dinner: Honey butter chicken wings again w AOL pasta

Saturday (DEFROST MINCED PORK)

Pizza Recipe No Oven No Yeast ( This recipe makes 1 LARGE PIZZA, u can easily double or triple the recipe) : - 140g Self Rising Flour ( 1 cup ) - 140g Any plain Yogurt ( 5 ounces ) SUBSTITUTES ( I highly recommend using yogurt and flour but if u can't find these here are the substitutes) : **Yogurt can be substituted for milk BUT add only 85 grams of milk (1/3 cup) + 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice. **Self rising flour can be made TWO ways: - 140 grams of plain flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ( 1 cup + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder) - 140 grams of plain flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda ( 1 cup + 1/2 tsp baking soda)
