Monday:

[Banh Mi Sandwich Ingredients] -2 servings- - Basic : 300g Boneless chicken thighs, 1 Baguette, 1 Cucumber, 1/2 Carrot, 1/6 Radish, 2 Hot green chili, Coriander, Olive oil - Vinegar mixture: 3tbsp Vinegar, 3tbsp Sugar, 1tsp Salt - Sauce mixture: 2tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Cooking wine, 1/2tbsp Oyster sauce, 1/2tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce, 1tsp Sugar, Pepper - Spread Sauce: 2tbsp Mayonnaise, 1tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce, 1tsp Oligosaccharide
Dinner: Korean Steamed Egg Recipe] + rice + tofu?
- Ingredients : 8 Egg, 1 Cup of Kelp stock, 1/4 Carrot, 1/4 Onion, 3 Green onion, Cooking oil - Seasoning : 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1tsp Salt 1. Dice the carrots and onions and chop the green onions. 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with chopsticks and put them through a strainer. Mix seasoning ingredients and kelp water well to make an egg mixture and mix them with vegetables. 3. Lightly apply cooking oil to the bottom of a wide square container, pour the egg mixture in, remove any foam that come up to the surface, and put a wrap over it. 4. Pour water into the pot enough to not submerge the container, cover the pot until it starts to boil, and add the container. Steam for 20-25 minutes over medium-low heat. 5. Turn it upside down on the cutting board, cut it into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!Tuesday
Lunch: Avocado egg sandwiches
1 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, or Greek yogurt (try our homemade mayonnaise recipe)
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, parsley or dill
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Lettuce leaf (optional)
Mash avocado, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together in a medium bowl. Stir in the eggs, and chives.
Dinner: Chicken Thighs Chow Kimchi Mein
Wednesday
Lunch: Cream cheese smoked salmon bagel for the boys. Me cook the smoked salmon?
Dinner: Chicken pesto pasta
Thursday
Lunch: Thosai and Vada at Pandus
Dinner: Pork Chaud and Taro mooncake at Nhu Lan
Friday (CHRISTMAS DAY!)
