Wed (defrost minced beef for tmr)

Dinner: Chicken wings, miso soup and rice

Dinner:  Teriyaki chicken and soba 

Sat(defrost long pork for tmr)

Dinner:  Sweet and sour pork + rice





Tuna + corn sandwich  

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
