Thurs  (defrost chicken thighs for tmr)

Lunch: Chappa & ham & kehran mari

Dinner:  Pizza

Lunch: Leftover pizza

Dinner: Sushi

Lunch: :Leftover sushi and spags

Dinner:  Prawn frits (cook rice for frying tmr - make sure got for Callum lunch)

Sun

Lunch: Lamb

Dinner:   Fried rice w chicken breast and anchovies etc 


Sweet and sour pork + rice? 


Tuna + corn sandwich  

Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day

Samgyeops + bibimen? WITH PROPER PORK BELLY
