Dinner: ABC Soup + Stir fry Veg + Rice + Egg 

Wednesday

Lunch: Leftover ABC Soup + Rice


Dinner: Stir fry pork + Udon

Thursday:

Lunch:  Roti Brothers

Dinner: Turkey Asian Wrap
 Turkey mince stir fry (coconut oil, garlic powder, garlic, salt & pepper) + rice vinegar + soy sauce + chilli sauce+ spring onions + peanut butter + peppers + carrots - wrap in gem lettuce to eat

Friday

Lunch: Sweetpotato wrapped in wet paper towel microwave 5 mins- open up, mash centre a bit, + salsa-ed turkey mince + guac/avocado + spring onion + cilantro + peppers on top.

Dinner: Leftover Fried Rice + Chicken Bites



Saturday

Lunch: Salmon + Garlic Bread + Mushroom Soup
    Dinner: Turkey Spaghetti

    Sunday

    Lunch: Turkey Asian Wrap

    Dinner: Malay Laksa with friends
