Lunch: pajeon

Dinner: Chicken drumstick soup + Rice and veg (Shitaake zucchini carrot)

Wed 

Lunch: Tuna sandwich (me); Liam leftovers, C: leftover pajeon

Dinner: Rice + soup + some marinaded chicken

Thurs 

Lunch:  Pasta minced beef (all of us)

Dinner: Minced pork soup + veg + rice

Fri  

Lunch: Pasta minced beef (all of us)

Dinner:  Salmon + rice + soup + veg (TO COOK ON THE DAY)

Sat

Lunch: Wrap (chicken egg spinach?- turmeric kind)

Dinner: Prawn pasta (cream and parmesan) + broccoli?

Sun

Lunch: Gyudon (bulgogi meat)

Dinner: Chicken soup + steamed pork(tofu egg) + rice

 

Pre-cook/pre-marinade

1 batch taco seasoned beef (1 lunch)

4 drumsticks in water + veg (1 batch soup)

3 meals chicken stock (3 dinner accompaniment)

2 batch marinaded chicken thighs to airfry (1 dinner 1 lunch wrap)

2 meals beef pasta (dinner and lunch for 3 of us)

1 batch deshelled prawns. 

1 batch gyudon meat

1 batch minced pork for soup


Veg to buy: Avo, zucch, mushrooms (shitake), brocc, spinach,
