Mon
Lunch: Maggi (Y had lunch w MB)
Dinner: Garlic chicken & salad
Tues (defrost minces for meatballs)
Lunch: Bibimbap - cook ingredients ahead of time. Marinade chicken straight in morning and cook spinach, carrots and onions. Fry egg at the end. Thin strips of chicken, thin mushrooms (soak and fry?), leave more chicken for dinner to cook w tofu. Serve w sesame seeds and seaweed + gochuj
BIBIMBAP SAUCE
- 2 Tbsp gochujang
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar – I used raw sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp vinegar – I used apple vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Dinner: Meatballs spags (cook for C & L)
Wed (defrost pork for dinner)
Lunch: Chicken nugs + crackers. (Y had lunch w JP)
Dinner: Panko chicken + rice + soup
Thurs (defrost chicken)
Lunch: Bibimbap
Dinner: Leftover spag and meatballs
Fri
Lunch: Macelleria
Dinner: Korean dooboo
Sat
Lunch: Aunty OL Char Siu House
Dinner: Chicken

Lunch:
Dinner: ??Prawn fritters?
Kimchi fried rice and sriracha and fried egg
Mini chicken pies (buy chicken breast + potato, add peas and corn inside) Make more filling so can pao again next day
