Lunch: Fry udon/leftover noodles (sunny side egg, tomyam, lettuce and whatever veg) L- sweet p and broccoli w leftover chicken
Dinner: Kulou yuk (Take a chunk or 2 to stew for Liam w something) + rice and soup?

Lunch: Baked Salmon w veg & miso soup tofu
