Apple Crumble

 Crumble: 

1/4 c. low GI sugar 

1/2 c. all-purpose flour 

1/2 c. almond meal 

1/2 tsp. salt 

100g unsalted butter, cut up 


Cake base:

50g unsalted butter, melted

1/2 c. all-purpose flour

HALF of 3/4 c. almond meal 

1/2 tsp. baking powder 

1/4 tsp. salt 

HALF of 1/4 tsp. baking soda 

1/4 c. Low GI sugar 

1 egg 

1/4 c. crème yogurt


Apple filling: LET SIT

2 tbsp flour

2 red and 1 green apple

1/2 cup brown sugar

1tsp cinammon

2 tbsp melted butter


Bake at 175 Deg for 37 mins.

Serve w vanilla ice cream/custard
