Chocolate, banana, beetroot cake

3 Bananas , overripe, mashed

5 Baby beetroots from Aldi, mashed, add to bananas and mix

Lil less than 1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup white flour

1/2 cup almond meal (maybe next round can increase ratio of almond meal and reduce white flour)

1/3 cup cocoa powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp salt

some vanilla essence

1/2 cup dark choc chips

Preheat Oven to 175C 

Grease breadpan

In large bowl, mix flours, soda, powder and salt

Add vanilla to the mash

Add flour mixture to the mash mixture

stir in choc chips

Bake for 40-45 mins until stick comes out clean
