- get spinach, peppers, lemon, canned tomatoes and Sriracha sauce 

Dinner: CBihun with leftover ABC soup

Wednesday

Lunch:  Chicken Kiev on my own

Dinner:  Gochujang fried rice
Friday

Lunch: Chicken mince with beans & spinach on toast 

Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese


Saturday

Lunch: Leftover spaghetti and tofu

Dinner:  BBQ at Christina's

Sunday

Lunch: Sweet potato chunky mash with salmon + Salad

Dinner: Leftover Salmon (me), you whatever
Monday

Lunch: (C has leftover salmon), we can decide what we want....


Dinner: Roast chicken + Potatoes + Carrots
