Dinner: Popiah + Rice + Spinach Soup

Tuesday


Lunch: Roti King 

Dinner: Chicken Casserole : Chicken thighs (fry off with salt & pepper) - can add onions to fry. Add to celery/carrot/potatoes/peas and add 400 ml veg/chicken stock + optional wine.  

Wednesday

Lunch: Rice/ bihun with thai prawn curry leftover


Dinner: White bait + Soup + Rice

Thursday:

Lunch: Chicken Casserole leftover

Dinner: Pizza

Friday

Lunch: Salmon + Garlic Bread + Salad

Dinner: Chilli & Rice



Saturday

Lunch & Dinner: CNY Celebration in Cambridge

Sunday

Lunch: Thai food

Dinner: Thai Prawn Curry (COOK) + Green Beans
